- 1 week of undergarments (wireless bras highly encouraged)

- 5-6 pairs of socks
- 1 jacket
- 2 pairs of shorts (appropriate length)
- 2 pairs of pajamas
- 1 bathrobe

No Electronics Permitted
- Pictures of friends and family (not in frame)
- Personal Journal
- Limit ONE clear 8″ x 11.5″ make-up bag (no eye brow pluckers, eye brow scissors, or sharps of any kind)
- Stationery and stamps for letters
- Hobby and craft items
- Books and Crosswords
- Musical Instruments
- Drawing Tools
Toiletries, Personal Hygiene Tools, and Grooming Supplies
- Hair Brush/ Hair Accessories
- Toothbrush/toothpaste

- Razor (secured when not in use)

Dress Code
- No provocative and/or revealing clothing.
- No crop-tops
- No short shorts (must be closer to knee length)
- No drug or alcohol paraphernalia on clothing, and/or racial, gang-related, political, or controversial messaging allowed
- All clients must wear undergarments
- Slippers, slides, flipflops etc. are required to be worn when traveling around the home at all times
Treatment History
- List of current providers and phone numbers
- List of current medications
Prescriptions, medications, and vitamins
- All prescription medications must be brought in prescription bottles with client’s name on them
- All vitamins or over-the-counter medication must come sealed
What We Provide
- Pillows/comforters/blankets
- Towels
- Washer/dryer detergent
- Cleaning products
- Writing materials
Client parents and/or caregivers must provide
- Over-the-counter medications (Tylenol, Aspirin, Alcohol-free cough medicine, etc.)
Things to Keep in Mind
Phone/Electronics Policy – Adolescent Mental Health RTC:
The first 24 hours are a blackout period with no phone or electronic use. After the first 24 hours, clients are allowed 2 15-minute phone calls from the house phone. Clients are not permitted any cell-phone and/or electronics while in treatment
Sharps and/or potentially harmful items will be confiscated and secured when not in use and/or in the instance the item is deemed not permitted in home
No substances (including vape, cigarettes, or CBD of any kind) are permitted.
Drinks – no energy drinks, caffeinated drinks and/or soda will be allowed
